Function and Characteristic

TESTED BREATHING AIR
The allows the quality of breathing air supplied by a compressor or compressed gas cylinder to be determined. Use of the test system performes a reliable check in accordance with the breathing air standard EN 12 021.

The Aerotest product family is based on the well-known Drager-Tubes detection system, an efficient method of detecting and measuring toxic gases. Thus the allows the quantitative measurement of a variety of potentially harmful substances, such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water vapor and oil, in the compressed air flow. The concentrations can be determined either individually or simultaneously.

QUICK AND EASY APPLICATION
The measuring device, which functions independently of a power source, can be easily connected by means of a plugin connector to the low pressure compressed air network to be checked. In just five minutes, the Quick-Check indicates measurement results and provides information about the degree of contamination.

THE DRAGER OIL IMPACTOR
The Drager Oil Impactor is specially designed to test compressed air for oil aerosols. For the first time, not only conventional oils but also synthetic oils -regardless of type and viscosity - can be measured easily.
